In order to meet the commitments detailed within the environmental policy, as well as those included

within the environmental specifications of this EMPr, the Endwell Farms shall develop environmental
objectives and targets. The objectives and targets shall conform to, and comply with, the following
criteria:  The objectives and targets shall constitute the overall goals for environmental performance
identified in the environmental policy and strategy.  When establishing objectives and targets, the
Endwell Farm shall take into account the identified environmental aspects and associated environmental
impacts, as well as the relevant findings from environmental reviews and/audits.
