This is our artwork, simple artwork only.

This is the
way we illustrate the four conics, which are circle,
hyperbola, parabola, and ellipse. The name of our
artwork is CONICS, because the artwork contains all
conics.

Conic is a set of points whose distance from a fixed

point are in constant ratio to their distances from a
fixed line that is not passing through the fixed point,
that is conic which is the artwork. The first conic that
we used is the circle, circle is a set of all points such
the distance from a fix point is constant, the circles in
here are the wheels of the cars, and the hot air
balloons. We used those examples because there’s a
circle form.

The second conic is the parabola, a parabola is a set of

coplanar points that are equidistant from fixed line
and a fixed point not on the line or fixed line, the
parabolas in the artwork are the hill, rainbow,
mountains, and the supporting arc of the bridge. We
used those objects because on those objects,
parabola exist.
The third conic is the hyperbola, a hyperbola is a
plane curve generated by a point so moving that the
difference of the distances from two fixed points is a
constant, examples are the coal-fired powerplant, the
three-point lines of a basketball court, and the branch
of the trees. We used these objects because
hyperbola exist on these objects.

The last conic that we used is the ellipse, an ellipse is

a closed plane curved generated by a point moving in
such way that the sums of its distances from two fixed
points is a constant, the only object that we used is
the stadium, because the stadium is a plane curved
shape and that’s the definition of an ellipse.

Conics is very important because, we are surrounded

by conics, and without conics, world will be not
perfect. Conics are everywhere, even your shape,
your eyes, your lips, your nose, those are conics. We
need to learn and study them.
