YSR Bima Frequently Asked Questions – Enrollment 2021-22

1. Volunteer unable to Login / OTP not received issue:

a. Ans
i. The volunteer using wrong mobile number to login i.e. his mobile number might be
changed wea need to update the new mobile number in wea login as follows
1. Go to wea login → side menu ‘Edit volunteer Mobile’ provision

2. You can select volunteer to check the mobile number, if it wrong then
immediately you can edit the mobile and submit.

ii. New volunteer joined, in this case you need to add volunteer to YSRBIMA portal
and map cluster as follows
1. Go to wea login → side menu ‘Edit volunteer Mobile’ provision

2. Now select ‘Add Volunteer Name’ from dropdown, now fill the name and
select cluster to add new volunteer to Bima App
2. Unable to login WEA, banker login?
a. To reset the wea or banker login to default password contact tech support team via email
support@progment.com, phone: 7731987581, 7731987582 and 9505394510.

3. Rice cards not found in volunteer App?


a. Ans:
i. The data displaying in App and Web are as per data shared by Civil Supply Dept., If
any Authentication/ Verification / Validation for bima pending at Civil Supply Dept
or rice card won’t match criteria of YSRBIMA ( PMJJBY 18-50 & PMSBY 18-70 ) such
Rice cards haven’t shared by Civil Supply Dept.
ii. For the new rice cards generated recently i.e. after April will be shared by Civil
Supply Dept on phase wise after all Authentication/ Verification / Validation
completion at Civil Supply Dept.

4. In Volunteer App, Volunteer unable to edit data using search option?


a. Ans:
i. Volunteer can do data entry in App using list option (YSR Bima Namodu ) or by
searching particular rice card in search option, The data entry done at list option
(YSR Bima Namodu) Can’t be edited in the search option.

5. Gender selection in app not working?


a. Ans:
i. Please Make sure that the volunteer Using the latest version of app i.e. 1.11 (as on
22.05.2021), The Gender Editing Problem has been resolved in this version 1.10
itself.
6. All bank names are displaying to enter bank details, instead only 13 banks are showing?
a. Ans:
i. Policy Holder must enroll in any one of the 13 banks only as per scheme guidelines,
so no other banks are displayed to select.
7. Particular Branch of a Bank is not visible in Volunteer App?
a. ANS:
i. A branch for a Bank can be added in WEA login -> Add IFSC as shown below in
screenshot
ii. If the given IFSC already exists, the bank and branch of given Ifsc will be shown you
can note existed bank and branch and use them in member bank details entry.
1. If you are pretty sure that the existed bank branch are wrongly mapped to
Mandal or district then you can contact
(https://www.bima.ap.gov.in/ZSContacts.aspx ) your district bima call
center, in call center Computer operator has provision to Change the
Mandal or district as shown below

8. Wea requesting to map a volunteer as in-charge to another cluster how to do it?
a. Ans:
i. To make a volunteer in-charged of other cluster first the volunteer must complete
his 1st cluster work then assign new/2nd cluster using provision in wea login as
follows, note that the app will display only one cluster data at a time.
1. Process: 1st remove the volunteer mapping with current clusters in wea
login wea login → Volunteer Cluster Mapping

2. And then map the volunteer to 2nd cluster in wea login →’Edit volunteer
Mobile’
9. PDF not generated in WEA login After details submitted by the volunteer in App ?
a. Ans:
i. The data entry done by volunteer take 2hours to get updated in wea login/ reports
until PDF won’t be generated
ii. PDF will be generated for PMJJBY / PMSBY Eligible and PMJJBY / PMSBY Not Enrolled
Cases only, For Enrolled cases no application needs to be downloaded.
iii. Even if Volunteer / WEA selected member as eligible for not eligible member the
system won’t generate PDF’s due to validation age criteria (PMJJBY 18-50 & PMSBY 18-
70), age will be calculated as per rice card dob data.
1. If you sure that rice card DOB is wrong, then you can edit the policy holder
details in wea login →edit data.

10. PDF generate but with wrong details how to edit member details?
a. Ans
i. WEA has that provision to update the details of Orange and Red Color Rice cards,
even if the volunteer enrolled member (orange to green changed by volunteer) can
be edited in below provision
ii. WEA login -> Edit Data -> search with rice card number and Update

11. How to Edit the member details of Orange color and Red Color Rice cards if volunteer entered
wrongly in Volunteer app?
a. Ans:
i. WEA has that provision to update the details of Orange and Red Color Rice cards,
even if the volunteer enrolled member (orange to green changed by volunteer) can
be edited in below provision
ii. WEA login -> Edit Data -> search with rice card number and Update

12. How to Edit the data of Green color if volunteer entered wrongly in Volunteer App?
a. Ans:
i. WEA has that provision to update the details of members even if the volunteer
enrolled member (orange to green changed by volunteer) in below provision
ii. WEA login -> Edit Data -> search with rice card number,
1. If volunteer has entered as enrolled for not enrolled member, search with
rice card number select enrolled as ‘NO’ in enrollment section.
2. If volunteer has selected wrong member of the family and selected as
enrolled, 1st search with rice card number select enrolled as ‘NO’ in
enrollment section and save, then again search with rice card and now as
the member is not enrolled now you will get a extra option which says like
‘Do you want to change the policy holder’ select yes to change the policy
holder, all the family members given by rice card department with
respective rice card will be displayed here select correct one and select
correct status enrolled/not-enrolled.

13. Whom can we enter the nominee for Single person in the rice card?
a. Ans:
i. We can take any person as the nominee for the single person in the rice card.

14. Does Nominee can’t be policy holder for other Rice card
a. Ans
i. Yes, nominee can be a policy holder for other rice card.

15. ‘No data Available’ Alert in Volunteer App when volunteer Clicks on Upload Documents in
volunteer App?
a. Ans:
i. The application upload required for PMJJBY / PMSBY Eligible and PMJJBY / PMSBY
Not Enrolled Cases only, For Enrolled cases no application needs to be uploaded.
ii. Even if Volunteer / WEA selected member as eligible for not eligible member the
system won’t be allowed upload due to validation with age criteria (PMJJBY 18-50
& PMSBY 18-70).
1. If you are sure that rice card DOB is wrong, then you can edit the policy
holder details in wea login →edit data.
iii. Once uploaded records won’t be available to upload
iv. If the volunteer is an in-charged to this cluster volunteer trying to find his original
cluster data here, it won’t display, only one cluster data at a time will be displayed.
1. Volunteer need to get mapped to original cluster for original cluster data
with the help of wea, wea has provision of un-map from a cluster and to
map another cluster.

16. In volunteer App While submitting Application ‘No Image to Be Uploaded’ Alert appeared?
a. Ans:
i. For such alert, make sure you have installed latest version of YSR Bima Volunteer
App (1.11 Version as on 22.05.2021)
ii. Also make sure the network quality is good.
17. Image Uploaded by Volunteer not visible in WEA login -> Update Bank Submitted Date?

a. Ans:
i. In WEA login -> Update Bank Submitted Date provision, pmjjby application will
appear 1st if the member is not eligible for PMJJBY, then PMJJBY Application will
not be appeared. You can check PMSBY Application by clicking on ‘PMSBY
Application’ as shown in below picture.
