Main Responsibilities handled and work experience is described as below:

Planning:
 Follow with project schedule.
 Materials follow up from production units & vendors for fabricated and bought outs.
 Drawing follow-up.
 Issuing the input drawings to sub-contractor & vendors.
 Material, Manpower, Equipment and Tools & tackles arranging for erection.
 Technical discussions with clients, consultants &vendors.
 Preparation of weekly & monthly performance reports.
 Coordinate with team to timely issue of project deliverables.
 Preparing of Mobilization plan & Organization chart.
 Preparing the engineering studies & Daily progress reports.
Billing:
 Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
 Identification and preparation of extra items.
 Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of issued items Vs invoiced items.
 Coordination with execution & quality department for raising the Invoice.
 Responsible for verification of certified RA bills.
 Preparing all billing records and maintaining it.
 Random physical checking of bills at site case to case.
  To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per
recommendation from the site.
Execution:
 Preassembly, erection and alignment work of pressure part.
 Inspection quality vise checking of pressure part welding joint.
 Erection and alignment of steel structure according to drawing.
 Total execution and quality works of pressure part

 A positive and friendly approach attitude towards colleagues, clients, and other public to
complete for any assigned tasks.
