Ma’am:

With all due respect, I am writing this letter with a sincere request to please provide us with two
new teachers for Junior High School (Major in Science and Math).

The Science and Math teachers that we had for the past two years were also recommended by
your University, and they both performed very well as teachers, nevertheless, they have just
finished their contract this year and planning to pursue their career in public school.

We have some applicants though we are unable to consider them yet as they are not specialized
in the subjects that we are looking for.

Moreover, our classes for this school year will start on June 21, 2021, before this, I hope we
could find teachers to take the responsibility in teaching our learners. Therefore, I request you to
kindly assist us to get additional teachers for Science and Math classes from the College of
Education.
