morning
2. Find an activity that makes you feel free

3. Find an activity that relaxes you

rummage through my mind and find what [ really

the reason for this was because I didn’t have any
parameters that | had to follow which was a great
feeling. I haven’t been able to do something like this
through school and dropping those shackles allowed
me to experience the freedom and delight that I used
to experience whenever I drew."

Large bowl for diced strawberries
~ Pitcher for cream
~ Sifter
Bowl/ cups

1. Wash and dice strawberries into

- 2 cups of Greek Yogurt OR Sour cream (or a mix of both)
- 2 cups of sweetend condensed milk
223 can of evaporated milk

4. If cream is not sweet enough, slowly incorporate powdered

5. Once cream is done, grab bowl and add as many
strawberries as desired.

Being able to cook with my mom for a week was a great form
of spending quality time with my mom. Although not
everyday was a day to cook, every day was a day to eat and
spend time together. I know that before leaving home, she will
pass me on recipies with more detail that I can use to nourish
my body."
