MIDDLE SECTION UPDATES

ACADEMICS

END OF TERM THREE EXAMINATIONS


1. We have prepared our learners for end of term three joint examinations which are scheduled
for Thursday 27th May to Friday 28th May 2021. In relation to this exam, we haulted the syllabus
coverage to give enough time to revision.
2. We have today conducted briefing and teachers have taken children through the examination
rules and regulations as guided by the Central Examinations Office.
3. We have displayed supervision lists and timetables in strategic places for teachers to access and
we have also had a one on one interpretation of the rota.
4. Mock sitting has been done for the classes which are to write exams tomorrow.
5. Teachers have been instructed to remove all the displays in classes before departure.
6. Examination rooms are to be thoroughly cleaned when teachers and pupils vacate the rooms .
7. The theme of the week is “I AM CONFIDENT “ Teachers of primary three have already started
guiding pupils on how to be confident in everything they do. We shall have some activities to
crown up the week related to the theme on Friday in the lower section quadrangle by primary
three chikdren
PREPARATION TO END THE TERM
1. We forwarded a requisition for report cards for approval. Teachers shall be guided on
proper formation of letters and comments in the report booklets when they arrive.
2. We forwarded a program of activities to take shape during the last week of the term
however, some need facilitation as evidenced by the sample budget we submitted. We
hope to receive a positive feedback soon for timely planning.
3. We shall tomorrow give parents a circular bearing all activities which are to be done
next week and what we expect from them.
STAFF MATTERS
1. Mr Rukundo today didn’t attend school because of sickness, Mr.Matovu and Miss Nalwoga
Prissy have worked today but when they are sick. Miss Nalujja Oliver last appeared at school
on Friday last week.
2. Mr.Ainemani Abraham and Miss Nakato Rachel were yesterday reprimanded for marking
wrong spellings in pupils books even after receiving guidance and support. We shall keep
monitoring them until they learn how to do perfect school activities.
3. Miss Nanono Teddy was transferred to City Parents School, Mr.Kyambadde took over all her
lessons in primary five orange and Mr. Bwire in primary four Red.
