a. How did you participate in your worship service (online, offline): I participated the
Sunday service personally.
b. Give the name of your Church and its location: The name of our Church is Jesus Is
Lord Church, in short JIL Church. It is located at km. 6, Betag, La Trinidad, Benguet.
c. Name of the Pastor/ Worship leaders: The name of our Pastora is Pastora Noemie
Dolores Tayaban.
d. What spiritual nourishment did you get from the following religious activity?
1. Your Church worship/activity?
For the past weeks I was not able to attend the Sunday services personally because of
problems. Now that we attended the actual Sunday service, despite of being in a home quarantine
for 14 days, it felt nice and refreshing.
Before anything else, I want to share this blessing and I am very thankful to God, who
unendingly showered His love and protection for us in the past weeks and for the miracle that
our swab test results are all negative.
Going back to the main topic, the sharing was entitled “God’s Complete Protection”,
adopted from the scripture John 17:12 where it says, “While I was with them in the world, I kept
them in Your name. Those whom You gave Me I have kept; and none of them is lost except the
son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. (NKJV)
Nothing that Satan can do to us should cause us to fear (2 Timothy 1:7). Jesus chose the
twelve disciples which the Father had given Him and then jealously guarded them from the evil
one. Jesus sent His disciples into the world where they experience difficult and dangerous
circumstances, but He interceded on their behalf with His Father that they would have his strong
protection from the evil one (John 17:15)
In the same way, Jesus said that we, as His sheep, are held securely in the Father’s strong
hand (John 10:28). There is no better place to be than safely in the hand of almighty God.
Apostle John encourages us that we do not need to fear (1 John 4:4). This is not merely a
theological concept but a profound reality in which we can have absolute confidence. It is not
just a truth for meditation in the security of our home, but it is a promise that we can cling on in
the midst of a hostile and menacing world.
If we are living a fearful, anxiety- filled life, we are proving our lack of confidence in
God’s protection, regardless of what we may say. Live our life with confidence that Jesus is
continually interceding with the Father on our behalf. If we trust Him completely, we will have
nothing to fear.

a. Why not?
Sorry, I didn’t attend the class mass for I stayed longer in our church for meeting and get
together with the youths.
b. What religious or faith activities have you engaged in during the week to sustain your
relationship with God and other// relationship with other life forms and the universe?
In order for me to maintain warmness in my spiritual self and sustain my relationship
with God, I read daily Bible verses to remind myself and to correct my wrong actions and I also
listen to some praise and worship songs to bring out emotional feelings that are not good for my
health. On the other hand, for my relationship with other life forms and the universe is that I did
my best to take good care of them and keep on praying for them, hoping that someday my
prayers would be answered and reach them out.
