Synergi Life User Types

Basic User
 - All DNV GL employees and sub-contractors registered in Partner have minimum
rights of Basic users and can register an accident, near accident, occupational
health issue or hazards. The line manager will be notified via e-mail when an
incident or hazard is registered. For the Basic users it is optional to do the
consequence and loss potential analysis.

All mandatory fields are marked with a star(*)

All fields with more information available are marked with (i)

• 1 - 5 years
• 6 - 12 months
• 14 days - 6 months
• < 14 days

Loss Potential
Loss potential assessment is based on the standard DNV risk matrix

Red area: High loss potential.


(Generally intolerable region)

Orange area: High loss


potential, but low probable
recurrence. Area for intensified
precautions.

Yellow area: Medium loss


potential – review actions
yearly.

Green area: Low loss potential.

Basic User: Saving The Case

change to and the case can be edited
until the basic user has left the screen. After the
basic user has left the screen, he/she can review
own reported cases.
