DOs and DON’Ts

• No members of the MSC Collegiate Community can buy any of the Community’s
items for sale prior to and during the sale period. Hence, reservation of any items
is strictly prohibited. However, members of the community may buy from other
Horseshoe Homeowners’ Items for Sale provided they are free from the scheduled
service.
• Schedule is Schedule. Be on Time. Since the Schedule is provided in advance, no
members of a particular group in-charge of Sales/Safeguarding is to be excused
from the assignment except in special reason. The prerogative rests on the group
leader.
o For SALESMEN:
 Smile to and entertain customers. However, the accommodation
need not be in a very personal tone. Sales talk will do.
 Issue receipts for the guarding group to ascertain the customer’s
purchase prior to their exit.
 Be on guard with the community’s items for sale.
o For GUARDS:
 Poker Face is not necessary. You can be the best in smiling and
very accommodating guards.
 Double check the customers before letting them exit by checking
the receipts if what is written reflects what is inside their plastic
bags.
 Be focus.
