3 Utilities Required
Part of planning the budget for a new restaurant is understanding the expenses
such as food, labor costs, marketing, equipment upgrades, capital improvements,
supplies, and utilities.

Cuisine De LuzViMinda utilities includes water, electricity, natural gas, internet,

cable, and cell phone costs. The estimated cost for the utilities is not less than Php 10,000
per month considering the cost of living in Boracay is high.

3.6 Plant Location (E)

Cuisine De LuzViminda location will be at Beachfront, Station 2, Boracay Island,
Philippines. It is a convenient, busy area with lots of people and where you can find 'D'mall', an
assortment of shops and restaurants. Station 2 serves as the center of Boracay and the home of a
lot of mid-range resorts.
