INTRODUCTION
If you are reading this book, I want to start off by saying thank you for stepping into my world!
For years it has been my mission to help people change their lives. As someone who literally
had to claw my way up from nothing to the where I am today, I have a deep passion for helping
others make a plan for that growth and change without making the same mistakes I did.
It’s getting harder and harder to stand out and gain influence online because there is just so
much noise in the industry. Fortunately, I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of
students in different capacities and have acquired a strategy for success that honestly leaves
many people baffled. I’ve been unafraid to “try something crazy” just to see if it works
and after years of refinement, those strategies have helped my students and clients finally
achieve influencer status and make the change they so desperately needed.
If all you have is just a product or service to sell, then you do NOT have an Online Business!!
✔Building the Audience in your Niche first is the number #1 key to get guaranteed success and
sales. So, Build the audience first and then find or create the product/service that sells to them.
✔To Build your Audience, First you should be Specific about Your Niche and Potential
audience.
✔Once you decide your Niche, which you are passionate about, Dive into its Sub-Niche and be
specific.
For Eg:- Fishing is a Niche, Saltwater fishing is a sub-niche; Photography is a Niche, Wildlife
photography is a sub-niche. Healthy diet is a Niche, Ketogenic diet is a Sub-niche. You can go
with your Sub-Niche based on your Expertise in your Niche.
✔So, it Much smarter to get deep into your niche and decide your sub-niche. "The deeper you
go the less competition you will have and more the relevant people you will find interested in your
niche."
✔See, My Niche is Online Marketing, My sub-Niche is Online marketing using organic traffic.
✔Like this, you should find your Passionate Niche and dive into some Sub-Niche.
✔Don’t worry about the product/service at this point. We will cover it in Chapter 4.
✔Once You are clear with your Sub-niche, then you start driving traffic and building your
audience who are interested in your niche.
✔When you own your Traffic, you can continue to market people over and over again by
sending them offers through mail or Messenger for FREE Without any AD Costs, as they are in
your Subscriber list.
The point here is we are deciding People who are visiting our profile what to see and what they
should do. I have attached an example of mine, have an idea and do the same according to your
Niche.
One great thing we have on Facebook is, we can add up to 5000 friends.
So, we can find highly engaged potential audiences out there on Facebook and make them part
of our World (Facebook Friend).
Now this is the Key
Once they are part of our world, through lead magnet we add them to be on our Subscriber list,
and through our valuable engaging content we build trust and sell them products or services.
We will see how we can do all these things in further chapters. Now We will see how to Get
Targeted people to become part of our world.
2.NETWORKING
✔Find the relevant Facebook pages of your Niche and find a highly engaging post which is
related to your niche or business.
✔Those who like and comment are likely your potential audience. Because they spend their
time reading and responding to the post.
✔Send a Friend request for these engaging people. Not More than 30 Per day.
✔Some will accept and become part of your world immediately. Some will accept after they
see your profile and know about you and some will accept once they see the value you provide
in groups.
✔Once they are part of your world chances are they will look at your cover photo, bio info and
featured photo. We have promoted our lead magnet in all these areas. So as this lead magnet is
free and related to their business, they will download it and subscribe to our list.
Boom… Simple Process. But You need to identify Facebook pages related to your niche. You
can also go to any Influencer’s profile who is doing great in your niche and do the same.
Like this: Keep adding new people to your world until you reach 5000.
Creating Good Content and sharing in Potential groups will attract your potential audience.
CHAPTER 2
✔It’s very dangerous to rely, solely on social media platforms for your Traffic.
✔Because it’s unpredictable and algorithms keep changing. Facebook is especially notorious
for shutting down pages, groups and accounts.
✔So, for the safety/security of your business and for increased profits, you MUST take your
Audience off of social media and get them onto your subscriber list which may be Email list or
Messenger Bot list.
✔Only when you provide something your audience wants, they become your subscriber.
Simply it’s called the lead magnet.
So, what you can give
✔The thing you are going to give doesn't have to be a fancy one, but should be a valuable
thing for your audience.
✔Like Ebook, Resources, Cheatsheet, etc., which will be useful to your potential audience.
Now Promote that FREE lead magnet everywhere- Cover photo, bio info, Featured image, Etc.,
Provide the material once they are subscribed. You can automate this process of building a list.
1.EMAIL SUBSCRIBER
✔Email service providers like MailChimp, Mailerlite are giving free services up to 2000
subscribers. You can register and start using it for free and decide to pay if you want to expand
in the future.
✔It's a very simple process to set up, there are plenty of good youtube tutorials on this topic
and they are enough to get you started.

✔Once people Opt-in these providers will send the uploaded material to their email and they
become our subscriber.
The point here is you should have a list of potential audiences in someplace to continuously
engage with them through valuable content and build trust. We will see how to create
Valuable content and build trust in the next chapter.
CHAPTER 3
ENGAGE WITH YOUR AUDIENCE
✔Once you start driving traffic and make them friends on facebook, some people will want to
buy from you immediately.
✔But, most people will need to “WARM UP”(the process of making the people know, like and
trust you by providing values through content) to you and your brand before they are willing to
pull out their credit cards.
✔People only buy from those that they know, like and trust.
Content is the best way to build that trust and Rapport.
TYPES OF CONTENT
✔Initially while starting to build trust, it should not be through sales or Promotional stuff.
✔Instead Create Content that helps your audience to learn, Like..

Interviews
Listicles (Top 10 this, Top 5 that), etc.,
The point here is don’t divert content from your business and what the audience wants.
Use your content to build your audience and subscriber list.
I will give you one tip to know what your audience needs.
✔Simply post a question in your Feed and potential Groups, Like the one Below
When it comes to X, what is your Biggest Struggle?
✔You will see, People reply like crazy. People love to share their pain points(Problems) they
have.
✔All you need is to collect this data.
✔Start creating a product/ Service with the data your potential audience expressed and Start
promotion in your profile.
✔"Use their pain points to create something that can address them and explain how the service or
the product you've created can help them."
✔By this time People know who you are, like you and trust you. So the Chances they will buy
from you again will be high.
1.AFFILIATE MARKETING
✔Selling other People’s products and services as an Affiliate.
2.DIGITAL PRODUCTS
✔Create your own “Digital Products” like E-book, Video training,etc.,
You can create a one time purchase or Ongoing subscription for your training like Monthly
memberships.
3.COACHING/CONSULTING
✔You can do group coaching which will also be an ongoing monthly subscription like Create a
memberships and provide training for all the paid customers weekly or monthly.
✔You can do One-to-One Coaching like schedule call for each person separately and guide
them individually based on their queries and doubts.
✔You can do Live Events.
4.PRIVATE LABEL PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Somebody manufactures and you sell it under your
Name)
✔Swag ( T-shirts, hats, pens, mugs, pop sockets,etc.,)
✔Private label other products (Home goods, kitchen items, outdoors, cosmetics,
supplements,etc.,)
✔Amazon FBA
WHERE TO START?
✔Easiest and cheapest things I would recommend to get started with is AFFILIATE MARKETING.
AFFILIATE MARKETING = you refer a customer to a business and they give you a percentage of
sales.
Eg. Amazon - 4 to 7 % Commissions for each sale you make.
1. Your product or service is not a business, the Audience you have INFLUENCE over is your real
business.
2. To Build a Sustainable successful business, you need to grow your subscriber list by giving a
Valuable lead magnet and nurture them with good content.
3. People buy from people they know, like and trust. So to Build trust provide valuable useful
content.
4. Build your friend list by adding the potential people from the fan page and group and provide
valuable content for your audience.
5. Post your offer and promotion once you start getting good engagements and Enquiries.
6. Don’t go for paid ads at the initial stage because they can be expensive, once you start
getting a sufficient amount from your business then you can try paid ads along with organic
methods.
Follow these steps and you will find good traction in your business organically…
