Dear Mr. Disney:

This past spring my family and I had plans to go to Disneyland. Obviously covid was a terrible
disease that has affected many Americans. I am contacting you with a problem that I was hoping to be
able to be beneficial for both of us. September 20 th–24th of 2020 we had reserved rooms in the Disney
Grand Hotel and park tickets. I purchased the hotel and the tickets through the Disney web site
Disneyland® Official Site go.com. The problem that I was having is that Disneyland (you) are not
refunding the money. They are giving me vouchers; they want to allow me to change the dates of my
trip. The problem with that is because of covid and losing my job I cannot afford to go at future date that
is within the 24 months that I have to use these vouchers.
My options for using them would be better if I could use them later than the 24 months. Also, if
that is not an option could I get a complete refund since our funds are quite short after being laid-off.
 Option one would be allowing me to come with my family within a five-year period.
 Option 2 would be a complete refund of the $9473.99
The financial break down is
A. Hotel $5787.00
B. Park two-day tickets $347.87 each eight tickets for 2782.99
C. Park hopper $55.00 each for $440.00
D. Ground transportation $280.00 Travel protection $184.00
