Gauge is not critical for this project. You can use any yarn to make this doll. For example, if you use a
bigger hook and a suitable yarn, the doll will be bigger while maintaining the same proportions.
Pattern notes:
Always mark BOR to avoid shifting of the pattern.
All pieces are worked in a continuous spiral; do not join with sl st unless otherwise stated.
Directions
Rnd 12 (DEC): sc in next 17 sts, hdc in next st, [dc in next st, dc2tog] 6 times, hdc in next st, sc in next 7

Rnd 13 (DEC): sc in next 15 sts, [sc2tog] 8 times, sc in next 7 sts (30 sts).

Stuff the head firmly.
Sewing arms:
Use a dental floss and a needle.
Insert the needle to one arm, see fig.43, then pull it through the body and the 2nd arm, see fig.44. Then
bring the needle out from the opposite side. Rep 2-3 more times. Make a knot, cut the floss and weave
in ends.
Curls:
Ch30, then sc back, join with sl st to base, [sc in next 7 sts of the base, ch30, sc back to the base] 2 times.
Fasten off, see fig.47.
Sew the 2nd bow at back as it’s shown on fig.64. The doll is ready.
