Dear Parents,

Students’ safety is our utmost priority, especially after the outbreak of Corona virus. The best preventive
method is to avoid gathering students in a common place and making them contact others. In this direction,
we have planned the assessments and home tasks differently.
Please follow the instructions and information given below:
• Our assessment and home task plans will be sent through WhatsApp.
• Take the print of the document sent, monitor your child’s progress and get the home tasks done.
• Follow the day-wise schedule given and help your child complete them.
• Your child will be promoted to the next class based on all the assessments/tests conducted
throughout the year.
You will be notified about Parent-Teacher - Conference, and followed by the results and reopening of
schools. Classes will be suspended immediately. Please do not send your child to the school until further
notice. Let the child begin the home task from 12th Mar 2020.
