Nurse : Good morning, Sir

Patient: Good morning nurse.

Nurse : I’m Nurse ....... who is in charge to bring your breakfast this morning.
Anw, could you state your name, Sir?

Patient: Hi Nurse ....... . I’m Ikhsan.

Nurse : Hello Mr. Ikhsan. Your menu for today is ....... .

Patient: I also ate ....... for yesterday’s breakfast. Can I get another menu,
Nurse ....... ?

Nurse : For this moment, as what it is suggested and prescribed, you should
have this. But, I will report your complain to both doctor and
nutrinionist, Sir.

Patient: Thank you, Nurse.

Nurse : Mr. Ikhsan, Do you want to have your breakfast now?

Patient: Yes, please.

Nurse : Can you do it by yourself or do you need my help to feed you, Sir?

Patient: I can do it by myself. Thanks / Could you please help me, Nurse .......?

Nurse : Alrite, Sir (prepare the menu, help to change the position) / Of course,
Sir (help)

Nurse : Thank you for today, Mr. Ikhsan. If you need any help, please press the
bell or call to the nurse station. We will directly come to see you.

Patient: I will, Nurse ....... Thank you.
