Sisban Holding is developing a 5 star Swissotel brand to the city of Jeddah. The location is the category AA
Palestine Street in Jeddah, a well-known commercial and retail area of the city. Accommodation includes 240
guest rooms and suites, 2000 sq.m. Of meeting and conference space, Swissotel Executive accommodation
and Lounge, 1100 sq.m. Spa and health facility, all-day-dining restaurant and specialty outlet. Ground floor
retail and food and beverage outlets are located at pedestrian level to drive strong F&B revenues.
Innovative Business Solutions (IBS) is smart building technology advisory and service delivery firm – founded in
2010 – is specialized in reflecting Client’s vision & requirements into working end solution for Real Estate
required technology (infrastructure and up) (Buildings, compound, city hospitals, Commercial, Hotels
