POLICY
Company staff will represent our company with integrity and professionalism in all interactions with
other company staff, our vendors, customers, contractors and in the community.
Company will ensure the uniform implementation of this Code of Conduct Policy to foster an ideal of
fairness and community.
Company will follow all laws and honour our agreements in an ethical manner.

DISIPLINARY ACTION
A person who is found to break the code of conduct will be subject to disciplinary action which could
include immediate suspension of their employment or immediate termination of their employment.

All employees are required to participate in code of conduct training and this training will include
information about appropriate behaviour in the workplace.

RETALIATION
Company prohibits anyone from retaliating against employees because they have filed a Code of
Conduct Policy complaint or have cooperated in any way in the investigation of a complaint.

Personnel Responsibilities
Employee Accountabilities These are the responsibilities of the Employees:
 Follow Code of Conduct Policy.
 Report all Code of Conduct issues immediately.
 Use sound judgment when completing tasks and/or making
decisions.
 Cooperate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers on
Code of Conduct issues.
 Protect Company assets, including intellectual property and
company reputation.
 Ensure that the use of Company equipment and facilities is
limited to company tasks.
 Avoid Conflicts of Interest.
 Maintain Confidentiality as required.

Supervisor These are the responsibilities of Supervisors:


 Ensure this Code of Conduct Policy is put into practice on a
day-to-day basis.
 Work to foster the concept of integrity and professionalism.
 Be proactive in taking uniform action for any Code of
Conduct violations.
 Instruct employees regarding Code of Conduct Policy for
specific issues.
 Ensure employees have received the appropriate training.
Manager These are the responsibilities of Managers:
 Ensure overall implementation and maintenance of the Code
of Conduct Policy.
 Ensure that any regulatory changes are incorporated into
company’s policy as required.
 Inform contractors and suppliers of the company’s Code of
Conduct Policy.
