I’ve experienced an unpleasant service back when I just graduated from highshool. Me and my
family decided to eat in a Japanese restaurant that is near my school. We then ordered the
dishes and after a while the food was served. A few minutes later, I noticed that there was a fly
on my dish, I complained about it to the waitress, and then she called for the manager. The
manager approached us and apologized, and said that they would replace the dish, we then
agreed to it since the manager already apologized. Overall, the compaiing process smooth, the
dish was immediately replaced and there was no issue afterwards.

Yes, it’s Passionails a Nail Salon & Spa in Capitol Commons. It is always my go to whenever I
have to attend an important event and it is located near in our place. The factors that made me
loyal to them is good customer service, they are always accommodating, fast service, and they
are also are super nice, that every conversation I had with them was fun. Plus, compared to
other nail salons, the services are affordable and they displayed significant attention to detail.
Lastly, they have discounts when its your birthday month, I didn’t know back then that they
offer discounts and was surprised when the fee was greatly reduced and they even greeted me
a happy birthday. Which made me so happy since it was the day before my birthday.
