Steps for A Company Incorporation ::

1. Apply for Name Availability through any Person’s Login I.D.

2. Create Logins for Company Initial Subscribers> Add their CNICs.

3. Authorize A Signatory (i.e. Chief Executive) by Adding Board of Director’s Resolution.

4. File Company Incorporation Documents:

i. CNIC Scanned for Initial subscribers.


ii. Name Availability Letter.
iii. Memorandum of association.
iv. Articles of Association.

5. Open a Bank account on Company’s Name AND Deposit the Amount of Paid up Capital
in this Account > File Annexure VII, Certificate of Practicing Chartered Accountant and
Deposit Slip to SECP.

6. Appoint an Auditor and send his consent with Form 29 to SECP.

7. File Annual Return for the Company After October 31,200X:

i. Form A.
ii. Form 29.
iii. Auditor’s Consent.
iv. Section 452(1 & 4).
v. Board of Director’s Resolution.
vi. Form 28 (in the year of Election of Company which are to be held after every 3
years.)
