LLP Registration Process :

Step 1: Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

STEP 2: Incorporation of LLP Using Fillip Form

PROCEDURE:

1. Fill the RUN (Reserve Unique Name) Application on MCA Portal :

i) Proposed name of the LLP (Max 2 names can be applied).
ii) Proposed Main Object of the LLP

2) Fillip Form to be filled:

i) Incorporation Documents
ii) Consent Letter of Designated Partners and Annexures
iii) Consent Letter Partners
iv) Subscribers Sheet
v) NOC of Registered Office
vi) Details of PAN and TAN of Partners
NOTE: The Filling of Fillip Form is to be submitted within 3 months of approving the name of the proposed

STEP 3: LLP Agreement

(i)For this, Form 3 is filed at the MCA portal. It is obligatory to file within 30 days of LLP registration
(ii)Once you get the agreement, it desires to be print on stamp paper.(1% on captital contribution of the partners)

Checklist for LLP Registration :-

(i)Minimum of two Partners
(ii)DSC for all designated partners
(iii)DPIN for all designated partners.
(iv)Name of the LLP, which is not similar to any existing LLP or trademark.
(v)Capital contribution by the partners of the LLP.
(vi)LLP Agreement between the partners.
(vii) Proof of Registered Office of LLP
