PROCEDURE:
1. Fill the RUN (Reserve Unique Name) Application on MCA Portal :
i) Proposed name of the LLP (Max 2 names can be applied). ii) Proposed Main Object of the LLP

STEP 3: LLP Agreement
(i)For this, Form 3 is filed at the MCA portal. It is obligatory to file within 30 days of LLP registration (ii)Once you get the agreement, it desires to be print on stamp paper.(1% on captital contribution of the partners)
