Haryana Villagers General Health Check-up Scheme (HVGHCS)


Daily Bulletin (Dated: 13.06.2021)
▪ The scheme was initiated from May 15, 2021 & villages with high COVID load were taken on priority. All the villages of
the districts have been screened once and rescreening is being done in the villages where RAT positivity is more than 5%.

▪ 1,73,79,228 persons were screened for Influenza like illness and other diseases and out of them 1,31,635 were tested by
Rapid Antigen Testing and 3,744 were detected positive. Out of these 65,856 were tested by RT-PCR and 1,420 were
detected positive. All the detected cases were treated as per the protocols.

▪ Trainings are being imparted to the healthcare workers as well as non-health department personnel through online
sessions in which about 46002 participants have logged in and trained till date while 995 SMO/MO/Dental Surgeons/
/CHO’s have logged in the training sessions carried out by SIHFW. 714 Staff Nurses have been trained in Infection
Prevention & control till date in the training sessions.

Major Activities undertaken by the State of Haryana to control the spread of COVID-19

• Department of Health fixed the per day upper cap of COVID treatment charges in all private hospitals through order
dated 25.06.2020. The rates for isolation beds (Rs. 8, 000 per day for Non- NABH Hospitals, Rs. 10, 000 per day for JCI/
NABH Hospitals), ICU Beds without Ventilators (Rs. 13, 000 per day for Non- NABH Hospitals, Rs. 15, 000 per day for
JCI/ NABH Hospitals), ICU Beds with Ventilators (Rs. 15, 000 per day for Non- NABH Hospitals, Rs. 18, 000 per day for
JCI/ NABH Hospitals).
• State Government has fixed the Rates/ Charges for different type of COVID 19 testing as below: -
1. CBNAAT testing- 2400/-.
2. True NAT Testing- 1250/-
3. Samples collected at private hospitals/ labs and their designated collection centers - 450/-
4. Samples collected through home visits - 650/-
5. Rapid Antigen Testing-350/-
6. IgG based ELISA Testing-250/-

• The Government of Haryana has fixed the upper limited of lab test in patients of COVID-19/ post-COVID sequelae, as
tabulated below:-

• Total 4792 number of Plasma Units collected from COVID 19 recovered patients till date and 3286 COVID 19 Patients given
Plasma Therapy treatment till date.
• Control Room –cum- Helpline of 30 lines has been made operational at Panchkula. Services of tele-medicines are being provided
through helpline. The helpline nos. are 8558893911, 1075 and 108 (Ambulance Services) available for 24 X 7.
• The State Government notified ‘The Haryana Government Epidemic, COVID-19 Regulations, 2020’ under the Epidemic Disease
Act 1897 on 11th March 2020.
• Twenty Government Labs, one each at PGIMS, Rohtak (capacity 2500 sample per day) and BPS Khanpur Kalan (2000 sample
per day), ESIC Medical College Faridabad (750 sample per day), Kalpna Chawla Medical College Karnal (1500 sample per day),
NRCE Hisar (450 sample per day), Civil Hospital, Gurugram (1800 sample per day), Civil Hospital, Panchkula (2000 sample
per day), Command Hospital (150 sample per day), SHKMGMC, Nalhar (1500 samples per day), TRANSATIONAL Lab,
Faridabad (400 sample per day), Civil Hospital, Ambala (2000 sample per day), MAMC Agroha, Hisar (2500 sample per day),
Civil Hospital, Sirsa (1500 sample per day), Civil Hospital Rewari (1000 sample per day), CHC UCHANA JIND (900 sample
per day), Civil Hospital, Panipat (1200 sample per day), IMTECH, CSIR, Chandigarh (200 sample per day), Civil Hospital,

Diagnostics, Hisar (2000 sample per day) and Bhasin Path Lab, Delhi (1500 sample per day) are doing test for COVID-19.
• More than 85.96 lac persons have already downloaded Aarogya Setu App in Haryana.
• More than 40 Mobile Health Teams have already been formed to check health status regarding SARI, ILI etc.
• Haryana has 41, 707 bedded quarantine facilities in Dedicated COVID Care Centers and 13,731 Beds are available in
Dedicated COVID Hospitals and in Dedicated COVID Health Centers.
• Department of Ayush has distributed immunity boosting medicines to more than 12.19 lac persons in containmentzones.
