Overview
In this practice, you will define a security profile.

Assumptions
 Login: XX Executive/Oracle

 Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager

 You must have access to an Oracle Application Vision database or comparable training
or test instance at your site on which to complete this practice.

 To complete this practice you must have completed the Create a New User practice.

Tasks

In this practice, you will define a security profile. You can use security profiles to grant users
with similar requirements the same view of the system.

Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager

1. (N) Security > Profile

2. Define the security profile using the following information:

 Name: XX Security Profile

 Business Group: Vision Corporation

 View Employees: Restricted

 View Contingent Workers: Restricted

 View Applicatiants: Restricted

 View Contacts: Restricted

 View All Records: leave blank

 Allow Granted View: leave blank

3. In the Organization Security tab, enter the following:

 Security Type: Secure organizations by organization hierarchy and/or organization list

 Organization Hierarchy: XX Organization Hierarchy

 Top Organization: XX Atlanta Legal Entity

 Include Top Organization: Checked

 Exclude Business Group: Checked.
