Dear Mr. Smith:

I had supper at your establishment on April 1, 2021 and was very dissatisfied with my experience. My
server that evening was Gareth. My meal was both overcooked and undercooked. I left in a hurry
feeling ill and without feeling that my needs were cared for or met.

I arrived with my wife at 3:25 P.M. PST to take advantage of the early bird special of surf and turf. I
ordered my steak rare and asked that the fish be well done however, when Gareth delivered my food it
was the exact opposite. After biting into the raw fish, I let Gareth know, but he did not offer to fix the
problem. When our bill arrived, he charged me for my meal even though it was inedible and insisted
that I had to pay, or he would call the police. I would appreciate it of you could at least refund the cost
of my meal to my credit card or send me some gift cards to make this terrible experience right.
