Federalism and Powers divided

United States was the first federal State with a written constitution, with only thirteen colonies
interests with the Union, originated the Independence War.

They were aware of the necessity of drafting a Constitution that created a strong federal
government.

The federalism restricted the interests of the colonies.

Federal required young people to register for the military, with no discrimination and get payed
for it. Federalism describes the division of the powers in the government. According to the
constitution of Philadelphia from 1787, they created a new central government, based on the
British model, they the limits of the federal power and they favored the central government. They
think powers should be divided and separated.

Federalism new the importance of the division of the powers, it came from Oregon, the state of
Washington.

They divide the powers and are delegated, in 27different powers. It gives several powers to the
president, to the Supreme Court and other courts in the federal judiciary.

The necessary and proper clause says that the congress has the power.

The constitution says that all the power are vested by the Constitution of the government of
United States.

Each government works with their division of powers, implied from the Constitution of the
country, operating on the same place at the same time.

The American federal system, has to basic government levels, one of them has death penalty.

The illustration it’s the end of the federalism.

The national government has fifty states that are joined together.

The government has some national obligations, for the benefit of the country.

The federal government denied some powers like the freedom of religion, they delegated powers
of the constitution.

The Congress cannot charge any of the state’s taxes, avoiding it from the government forever.

The Congress and new states admitted 37 states since the original 13 formed the Union.

The implied powers are reasonable suggested, by the express of powers “Necessary and proper
power”. It says that the Congress has the power.
The addition of the new states, was accepted in 1980s and United States had 13 original members.
The creation of the new states was called “Northwest Territory”. At the 1970s some territories
were not to be kept in a second class.

The interstate relations, had a lot of conflicts. This is the reason why the new independent states
created new laws, by new constitutions.

They needed to regulate in a new way, the relations with new states and the internal regulation
from the state.

The full faith and credit clause, as an example the Georgia state would give full faith and credit to
the state of Florida court.

In the jurisdiction, we have as an example that North Carolina only approves divorces by the
Supreme Court.

What we can implied from it it’s that every state has a different way of working on their laws,
every state I different and they have different laws that should be respected in every state.

Some states have some agreements related to their laws and different laws are approved in every
state.

The origin of the new laws were created with the origin of the new states before it, they had a
Constitution for the original 13 states.

We also know that federalism in United States it’s a political system that works with the
government, distributed on the central power and associated with the states, the rest of the
competence correspond to the federal states which works coordinated with the state power.

Federalism it’s formed by the division of the power “Checks and balance” that means that the
division of the power creates a transparent and commitment of each power to take the best
decisions.

In case on the power it’s not working correctly, the other power it’s going punished or alert the
other power to work correctly.

It helps to the maintenance and regulation of the laws of the state.

Every power has different tasks and responsibilities they need to accomplish and they need to
respect and follow the law.

I think it’s important to regulate the law and divided by different power that are not related in
between because they do not have personal interest and it would make the regulation more
transparent and proper.
It would be better that every country has this distribution of power to keep the maintenance of
the peace and regulation of the power.

The problem with the federalism it’s that it gave a lot of power to the central government and not
to the population of the country.

Right now United States of America has more than 13 states, the advantage of every state having
its own regulation it’s that it would be according to the area and the culture.

The country it’s big and it’s hard to regulate it with only one Constitution as it has so many cultures
and ways of behaving.

For the other side it’s hard to divide so many laws in every state and lawyers need to get a new
certificate for every state as the regulation works different.

There are so many different laws, that it can cause confusion to the population from states in
between.

Some states need to regulate laws in between and talk to the courts to the according resolution
they need in between.

Every country state has a different way of regulation and even the countries.

In order to create the laws in every state it’s important to know the culture and the history. Every
state has a different law according to the time and culture.

By the time we can see that United States went from 13 original states to 50 original states, we
don’t know how many states it’s going to have the country in the future, but we can know that by
time culture and laws are going to change and this also affects in a geographic way the country.

Law always changes by the time, we can see there were more states by the time, there’s a
probability that this can change by the time from what we could see on the history.
