What is reason and impartiality?

Reason is the fundamental prospect we rely on to not become bias by feelings and emotion. On
the other hand, emotion allows us to act based on morals and to ensure that our ethical decisions
are not based on logical reasoning but also morally humane. Thus, reason and emotion work
together to determine our morality. Reason is a form of personal justification which changes
from person to person based on their own ethical and moral code, as well as prior experience. It
is one of the ways of knowing for ethical decisions when an individual do not want to question
the issue there in.
Impartiality involves the idea that each individual’s interests and point of view are equally
important. Itis a principle of justice holding that decisions ought to be based on objective
criteria, rather than on the basis of bias, prejudice, or preferring the benefit to one person over
another for improper reasons. Impartiality is a principle of justice holding that decisions should
be based on objective criteria, rather than on the basis of bias, prejudice, or preferring the benefit

to one person over another for improper reasons. Impartiality in morality requires that we give
adequate consideration to the interests of all concerned parties. The principle of
impartiality assumes that every person, generally speaking, is equally important; that is,
no one is seen intrinsically more significant than anyone else
