 OS 6/6ᵖ

IOP:
 OD 17mmhg
 OS 14mmhg

Torch light examination


 Discharge
 Redness

Pupil:
 equal round regular reactive to light
 No APD

Eom check:
movement in all gazes

Fundus examination:
 OD: clear view and normal foveal light reflex
 OS: clear view and normal foveal light reflex

Diagnosis:

Acute conjunctivitis in both eyes
