FEES PER WORKSTATION

 One time license fee Initial installation 563,-- Euro
each additional installation 154,-- Euro
 Annual maintenance fee for 1 to 10 licenses, each 128,-- Euro
for more than 11 licenses - with USB-Stick 128,-- Euro
- without USB-Stick 55,-- Euro

The LIDOS order includes the program system, as well as the subscription for annual updates.
LIDOS contains licensed programs (Dicsy) by LEX-COM, Munich, for which Liebherr pays license fees to LEX-COM.
The annual maintenance includes software maintenance as well as updates of the USB-Sticks for the Liebherr’s earthmoving program (approx.
3x per year).
We hereby agree that we are obligated to utilize the LIDOS software system and the USB-Stick and use via CITRIX only on above listed
workstations.
When utilizing the CITRIX system network, the number of workstations must be noted. Liebherr / LEX-COM reserve the right to check the
number of workstations through software technical means.
We also agree that we will not transfer or copy any information regarding LIDOS software and / or data to or for a third party. If this is not
adhered to, Liebherr reserves the right to initiate legal action.
