should be ‘ the fans who support their team. And the subject agreement is plural so ‘comes’ become
‘come’.

It is true, this is a simple sentence. The subject is ‘The police’. The finite verb is ‘Asked’ and the
independent clause is ‘When did he get his driver’s license’.

3. Supporting sentences follow the topic sentence supply the details about it.

It is false, because there are 2 finite verbs in one sentence. They are ‘follow’ and ‘supply’. The
correct sentence is ‘Supporting sentences following the topic sentence supply the details about it.’ if we
changed it to this so the finite verb is ‘supply’. This is a reduced adverbial clause and The complex

It is false. Because of the subject agreement in the supporting sentence. It should be ‘Because
the art supplies were not delivered yet. The main subject is ‘The artist’ and the finite verb is ‘Could’.
