COMPLAINT

The undersigned, MARIA LABO , accused JOSE DELA CRUZ of the crime of
ARSON, committed as fallows, to wit:

That at 11:30am of May 1, 2021 at the house of the complainant located at #143
Love St. Brgy Greater Fairview, Quezon City, and within the Jurisdiction of this station,
the accused Jose Dela Cruz, went to the residence of Maria Labo and wanted to
borrow some money but Maria was not able to lend her. Day after, Maria went on
vacation when she received a phone call from her neighbor that her house was on fire.
Her neighbor who called her saw and witnessed that Jose Dela Cruz came to her
house, holding a gallon on his right hand and poured it on the stair and thrown a lighter
and there it began to flare up. The estimated damage to property is Eight Hundred
thousand pesos (Php 800,000.00)
