COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT

The undersigned, WYNONA MENDOZA, accuses JOHN PAUL BALUYUT

and JOHN PAUL ARAYAT for the crime of Rape penalized under Article 266-A para 1
of Revised Penal Code as amended by RA 8353 (Anti-Rape Law of 1997), committed
as follows:

That on or about 12 midnight, 15th day of June 2021, in Sampaloc, Manila City
and within the jurisdiction of this honorable court, accused John Paul Baluyut and John
Paul Arayat did then and there wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously forced to insert their
penis into her mouth. Victim tried to resist but suspects strongly hold her hands and
shut her up by putting their fingers into her mouth. Due to exhaustion, she lost her
consciousness hence allowing suspects to consummate their sexual desires against her
will. When she woke up she was already in the hospital feeling pain in her vaginal part.
