order vide reference cited above on Dt.07.06.2021 would like to bring to your notice
few line for your kind consideration.

I am not willing to take the promotion in the cadre of TG-II(CB/Sew)

branch in this panel year as I am not willing to work under Sewerage branch at
present working under water supply branch and skill improvement if I am given
promotion under TG-II(CB/WS) branch as my services will fetch for development of
Department.

So Kindly accept my request and do needful.

I .G. Lakhan Singh SPE(U&OS) working in Banjara Hills Section possess

ITI qualification in Civil draughtmen trade during the Year _______ and working

under the Water supply branch from the Past few years. 2021 would like to bring to

your notice few line for your kind consideration.

I had received promotion order vide 1 st reference cited on Dt 23.01.2021

and 2nd reference cited on Dt.23.06.2020 in the cadre of TG-II(CB/Sew I am not

willing to take the promotion in the cadre of TG-II(CB/Sew) branch as not willing

to work under Sewerage branch as I my experience in working water supply

branch fetches toward development of department and If would promoted in the

cadre of TG-II(CB/WS) will motivate to work with more strength and improve my

skills which helps to department who utilize my skills in proper way(Copy

enclosed) .

As my collegue with same qualification were promoted to water supply

branch and I am only suffering the one who getting promotion for other branch

which is not pertain to my present scenario and lost my service for more the two

years . (Copy of seniority list enclosed)

 But twice without misappropriate information the department is giving

promotion to the sewerage branch.

So Please kindly consider my qualification to utilize to suitable branch ie. to

cadre of TG-II(CB/WS) (water supply branch) and consider to request to promote

me to cadre of TG-II(CB/WS).
