1. In view of the 11th Commencement Exercises of the University (Centennial

Graduation 2020), you are hereby enjoined to appear for the obligatory
Administrative Council pictorial at the IFSU Lamut Campus on August 3, 2020
(Monday) at 10 o'clock in the morning.

2. Relative hereto, you are expected to be in your Filipiniana attire (for female
members) and Barong Tagalog (for male members) during the photoshoot.

3. Makeup services are available for those who would like to have a makeover. The
expenses shall be personally shouldered by the official.
