1. In Tine with the University's vision, mission, goals and objectives, and in view ofthe
ndw normal, it is crucial to assess the overall performance of the University vis-a-
vis its set targets, to determine relevance of goals and objectives in the new normal
and to incorporate coping mechanisms in the University's Programs, Projects and
Activities (PPAs) in order to manage and deal withthe post-COVlD-79 environment
arid state of affairs.
The HDUs shall oversee the conduct of the pre-assessment in their area of
responsibility and serve as consultant or resource person if needed.
The Task Force shall conduct review and validation of data, and conduct
preliminary SWOT Analysis based on review of PPA and strategies of
different service units. Spearhead target setting activity and the review of
Pis of OPCR and IPCR per area of concern.

2.3. Secretariat
The Secretariat shall gather data and prepare needed documents/forms for
various activities. They shall assist in the pre-assessment activities. The
Campus Planning Chairperson will be responsible in their campuses. They
will also facilitate the validation in their campus. DPIM staff will facilitate the
procurement of needed supplies and materials for the different activities.
Other members of Secretariat will be assigned per Delivery Unit/MFO from
pre-assessment until revision of plans.

activities; reviewtheir OPCRs, IPCRs and action plans; and prepare the necessary
documents and references to ensure that assessment and identified PPAs and
targets are well-founded, comprehensive and attuned to the new normal.
