The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) under the Office of the undersigned is now organizing
the yearly series of the Women’s Martial Arts Festival using the media platform via Zoom since
mass gathering is strictly prohibited.

The Women’s Martial Arts Festival is under the Gender and Development (GAD) Plans and Pro-
grams of PSC for 2021.

The event will be on July 2021 with the observance of the strict implementation of the health and
safety protocol set by the IATF.

The objective of this activity is to raise awareness on sports, wellness, fitness and all aspect in life
that would make the women and gilrs empowered, physically active, safe, protevtive and
productive even during this time of pandemic as well as to ward off anxieties at pandemic.

In lieu of the above, may we formally invite your city to join us in the abovementioned women’s
activity.
