Creating The Man – Website Template for Developers

 
 What is “Crating The Man”?
 Creating The Man is a site where we want to promote the services of our client who is a dating
guru.
 So the website should be made with this in mind.
 We would like that site is made in Wordpress with Emelentor as Builder (but we are open to
discuss different builders). 
 Of course, we want our site fully optimized for speed and of course, mobile as well. 
 
 Those are some examples of the sites of our competitors that we liked.

 Those are some of our ideas about the design right now. If you have any suggestions, we would
love to hear it.
 As you can see those websites have all similar structures (the number of pages). Usually, it is
home page, landing page (shop/product page), and about us page. Other pages are more or less
generic (except front end design) and those are: buying page (where people choose their payment
option), blog page, FAQ, and Contact Us Page.
 
 This is the break down of the pages. 

 1) Home page

On this page, we want to feature all of our offers and then to offer them as a bulk sale on top of
that. 
 
 The number of Products: 7
We want to sell/offer: 1) free e-book as lead magnet, 2) free 1-time consultation (either in person
or online ) as warm up, 3) 2nd ebook (paid), 4) an audio course for the inner game mentoring
(self-confidence/good mindsets) , 5) a video course, 6) 1-month coaching, 7) all of those in a
bundle together with 1 moth coaching at a “special bundle price”. And the coaching comes
bundled with everything above.
 
 We are not sure if we need a special web page for each of those products individually, maybe
some of them can be featured on the landing /products/shop page and only more important offers
would have their own pages. We are open to discuss this part – in consultation with the selected
developer. 
 Important note about the Landing page, the landing page should lead to the Shop/Purchase page
since we want to be able to sell our products form our own site. 
 
 3) Shop/Sale Page:
 This page should contain all standardized purchasing features. 
 Customers should be able to buy all products from this page, and we would need to connect this
page with some trusted payment processors (like Pay Pal and some C.C. processors as well). 
 We would also like to get email notifications in a special form when someone makes a purchase
with all important details ( name, email, type of product, price, date and time, etc) so some sort
of form should also be generated with this part. We are not sure how this works on the backend,
so we would appreciate it if you as a developer could find and propose an effective solution. 
 We would also like to be able to generate reports (invoices) that would be sent to customers on
their email automatically after they make a purchase. 

 Also, IMPORTANT NOTE, since some of our offers are online and in-person consultations we
would also like to offer our customers the ability to choose and schedule the time of the
consultation ( where we would suggest the times and or/marked empty slots). Maybe some
integration with Google Hangouts and or Calndly or Both would work well, together with email
reminders automatically sent both to us and them as well ( when the appointment is made and a
few times before it begins. 
 
 So, the ability to receive and send various kinds of automated emails is an important feature of
this site. 
 
 Additional things: we would like to have online- chat support enabled, with the possibility of
some bot installed. 
 Again about all of this we would be most welcoming for any recommendations/ effective
solutions.

 With the ability to feature blogs of our choice in categories ( either as newest, most popular, or
something else). 
 We want people to be able to post comments under Blogs but we want to review every post
before it gets published in order to avoid spam. Also, a suggestion for some WP plugin that can
detect link spamming, bad language and similar issues would be most welcome (if such thing
exists).

 8) Testimonials 
 Standard but with one special feature. 
 Here we would show written testimonials, testimonials in for of screenshots, and videos. We
also want to include testimonials in form of Reddit Comments cos we have been active on that
platform so we want to include a link into tose testimonials ( so that people, when they read it,
can click on that link and see that comment and thread directly on Reddit). 
 
 9)Affiliate Page
 We would have an affiliate program as well, so we need a special section for just that. 
 If you look at the sites that we sent you as an example you will see that all of them have affiliate
programs so that they can be used as an example.

 We are not 100% sure about the internal design of this section, after registration, but we know
that it contains a landing page, where our offer is shown to the affiliates. That landing page is
different than then one shown to the customers (since it contains an affiliate offer). That landing
page does not need to be as impressive in design but it needs to have all the necessary
information. We would also need to be able to share that page with some affiliate programs/
websites, without that page being visible to the random internet user. Also, surely there is a
payment page for affiliates like the dashboard, where they can see their earning sales, and
generate unique links. 
 Again we are not sure how this works so we would appreciate help in this matter. 
 
 
 10) Terms&Conditions/Privacy Policy

 This is the plan that we have so far. 
 
 ADDITIONAL FEATURES: We would like a few Pop-up windows as for promotion,
connected with our home page, shop, page, and sales page. 
 We would also like that we have some automatized system for payments, generating
receipts, etc, that I have mentioned before, and a system for scheduling appointments and
sending automatized emails. 
 We are open to creating such systems with zapier’s integrations after the website is done, but we
need to make sure that all of those parts are functional on our back end. 
 Also, we would like to have quality previews ( when someone shares links to our site).

 We would like to have nice previews for all of our pages. For most pages they can be the same
only for the most important pages (home, shop, and blog, and sale) they should be unique.
