PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RPMS)
FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2020 - 2021 AMIDST COVID-19

1. This has connection to the Memorandum from the Office of the Undersecretary for
Planning, Human Resource and Organizational Development (MEMORANDUM DM-
PHROD-2021-0023) titled Orientation on the Results-based Performance
‘Management System for School Year 2020-2021 dated January 23, 2021. It was issued
to conduct a three (3) episode live stream event to orient the field personnel on the
adjustment made in the RPMS for teachers in time of Covid-19 on February 1-3 from
4:00pm-6:00pm at the DepEd Philippines Facebook.
2, Each episode will tackle the following:
‘a, Episode : RPMS in the Time of COVID-19
b. Episode 2: RPMS ~ Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) Tools
c. Episode 3: RPMS-PPST Support Materials,
3. Inthis regard, all Public Schools District Supervisors, School Principals, Head Teachers,
OIC - School Heads, RPMS focal persons, RPMS raters and all public school teachers
are encouraged to watch and tune in during the live streaming,
