The first thing to do is to appease the Imole/Orisa that are outside the
temple like Ogun and Esu. The items to appease them will be kola
nuts, bitter kola, palm oil and alligator pepper. Those things will not
be eating outside. They will be taken to the temple for it will be
shared later when it is time to share food with the Imole/Orisa during
the process of service. After the appeasement, everybody goes into
the temple.
