 Terms and Conditions for the Athenaeum InterContinental Athens

 The Hotel requires an advance payment equal to one night’s rate payable by the 4 TH January 2021, to
guarantee space.
 Cut off date for the CST 2021 & ECT 2021 room block booking is the 4TH January 2021. From 5th January
2021 and onward, guestrooms and the room negotiated rate will be offered subject to availability.
 One night cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations before 15th of Februari 2021
 Two nights cancellation fee charged for cancellations between 15 and 27 Februari 2021
 Cancellations from 28 februari 2021 and non shows will be charged in full.
 Prices quoted include VAT government taxes at the present rate. Should these rates alter, the Hotel
Athenaeum InterContinental reserves the right to adjust its’ prices.
 In case of an early departure, each participant will be charged for the entire stay.
