DILIGENCE DOCUMENT

1. Select Your preferred language.
2. Enter your email address and password to sign in
Type in your email address correctly (email address must be the one
you used to apply to the programme & ensure it is correctly spelt).

2 3. Click on ‘Login to TEFConnect’

On logging in, you will be re-directed to the Home page

4. Click on DMS

5. Click on the Due Diligence link to upload all the required
listed below;

• Proof of address- utility bill

• Your headshot- this is a photo of you
• Government approved ID card-
• Partner consent (Required only for those who have
Business Partners)

6. Click on the drop down arrow to select the

document type you would like to upload.

7. Click on browse to upload to start uploading each

document type listed

Once you have successful uploaded- the

9. The Stage Required Documents list will be ticked
green.

10. Click on the ‘’Save to Continue Later" if you have not

completed the uploads and will like to continue later.
11. Click on ‘Submit once you have uploaded all the
documents. You see a notification ‘’Documents saved
successfully’’

This concludes your Due Diligence phase.

12. Click on ‘’ See reviewers comments’’ to confirm whether or

not your documents have been received.

If you documents have been received by TEF, the "Document
Received" comment will be displayed

Note:

The TEF EP Manager will notify you when its time to upload the
Business Summary document.

5. Click on the Business Plan to upload the

‘’Business Summary document’’.

6. Click on the drop down arrow to select the document type

7. Click on browse to upload to start uploading
You are required to upload your business summary document in
the business plan & financial document type.

Once you have successfully uploaded
You will see a notification ‘’Documents saved successfully’’

8. The Stage Required Documents list will be ticked green.

10. Click on the ‘’Save to Continue Later ‘’if you will like to
complete your document upload at a later time.
11. Click on ‘Submit once you have completed the upload
of all required documents.
NOTE: ‘’ Documents Received notification seen means you
have successfully uploaded and completed the Business

Plan phase

Click on ‘’ See reviewers comments’’ to confirm whether 10 11

or not your documents have been received.

If you documents have been received by TEF, the

"Document Received" comment will be displayed.
