    1. Investigating Officer Mr. Nem Singh, ACP, Sodala is present

    in Court who states that investigation has been handed over to

    him recently and assures to complete the investigation.

    2. It is contended by counsel for the accused that date of

    offence as mentioned in the complaint is 30.11.2012, on that

    date, petitioner was not in India. In this regard, he has submitted

    his passport and immigration certificate.

    3. Investigating Officer would also take into account the

    document submitted by the accused Sanjay Bhandari.
