This 4th interim bail application has been filed by the

petitioner for seeking interim bail on account of marriage of his

brother and sister.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the interim bail

application.

Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the

present case as well as looking the seriousness of the offences

alleged against the petitioner and without expressing any opinion

on merits of the case, no case is made out to grant interim bail to

the petitioner.

Hence, this 4th interim bail application stands dismissed.
