THREATS:

Airlift is running successfully and many people started opting for

it. But soon after an another company with the name of SVWL started the same
service which also is giving the same services on almost same pricing policies.
Careem and uber had been the first option for many people but after the success
of Airlift if these companies start the same service it can result in a loss for Airlift
as Careem and uber has already established a name for themselves and there are
more users of Careem and uber and if they start the same service with same
pricing it wouldn’t be beneficial for Airlift. Economic factor isn’t also helping and
due to this pandemic, they weren’t allowed to operate due to distancing and also
the fuel prices and other expenses like maintenance, rent etc. are also going to
increase due to which it may be possible that there will be an increase in fare
prices and that would not help them as people will stop using the service as they
are known for less price cost.
