This Agreement is made between:

(1) Tower Staff Construction Ltd whose registered office is at 7 Asgard Way, Grimsby, NE Lincs, DN33 3RJ
(referred to as “us”).

(2) Temporary Worker (referred to as "you").

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 In this Agreement:

“Assignment” means the period of time during which you are supplied by us to the
Client to work temporarily for and under its direction, supervision and
control;

“Client” means any person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary (as
defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006) or associated person,
firm or corporate body requiring your services and to whom you are
supplied or introduced by us; and

“WTR’s” means the Working Time Regulations 1998 “Working Week” means an
average of 48 hours each week calculated over a 17 week reference period.

1.2 Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect its interpretation.

1.3 Unless the context otherwise requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. RESTRICTION

2.1 Regulation 4(1) of the WTR’s provides that the average working time of a worker, including overtime,
on an Assignment or otherwise, shall not exceed the Working Week, unless the worker has previously
agreed otherwise in writing.

3. CONSENT

3.1 You agree that the Working Week limit shall not apply to you [during the Assignment].

4. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

4.1 Either you or us may terminate this Agreement by giving each other [PERIOD, BUT NOT MORE
THAN 3 MONTHS’] written notice at any time.

4.2 Notice should be addressed to us and left at 14 Abbey Walk, Grimsby, DN31 1NB or sent by first
classed post.

4.3 Upon the expiry of the written notice referred to above, the Working Week limit shall apply with
immediate effect.

4.4 You will not be subjected to any detriment if you exercise your right to terminate this
agreement.
