8.4. Returning to the second party all certificates


or documents that has been submitted ‫ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﻣﺎ ﺃﻭﺩﻋﻪ ﻟﺪﻳﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﺃﻭ‬

8.5. Incurring the fees of pertaining to ‫ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺭﺳﻮﻡ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﺪﺍﻡ‬.5.8
recruitment of the second party, the fees of ‫ ﻭﺭﺳﻮﻡ‬،‫ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺃﻭ ﻧﻘﻞ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺗﻪ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ‬

the residence permit (Iqama), work permit ‫ ﻭﻣﺎ‬،‫ ﻭﺗﺠﺪﻳﺪﻫﻤﺎ‬،‫ ﻭﺭﺧﺼﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬،‫ﺍﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ‬
and their renewal fees and the consequent ‫ ﻭﺭﺳﻮﻡ‬،‫ﻳﺘﺮﺗﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻏﺮﺍﻣﺎﺕ‬
delay of fines. As well as, professional ‫ ﻭﺗﺬﻛﺮﺓ‬،‫ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻮﺩﺓ‬،‫ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﺔ‬
changing fees, exit and return fees and the
‫ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺳﻴﻠﺔ‬- ‫ﻋﻮﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﻮﻃﻨﻪ‬
worker's return home ticket - in the same

location where the contract was concluded, ‫ ﻭﻧﻘﻠﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺔ‬،‫ﺟﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬
or where the worker was recruited unless ‫ ﺃﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬،‫ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﺑﺮﻡ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
the worker is interred in the Kingdom with ‫ ﻣﺎﻟﻢ ﻳﺪﻓﻦ ﺑﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﺫﻭﻳﻪ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ‬،‫ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‬

Employee shall treat in confidence and not ‫ﺑﺄﻻ ﻳـﻘﻮﻡ ﺃﻭ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻭ ﻳـﺸـﺎﺭﻙ ﺃﻭ ﻳـﺴـﺎﻋﺪ ﺃﻱ‬

permit, aid, share or assist any other person,
company, or entity to publish or disseminate
any information or material concerning the
business or the private affairs of the

Employer or Employers proprietors, directors,
shareholders, employees, agents, staff,
‫ﻓـﺮﺩ ﺃﻭ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻛﻴﺎﻥ ﺑﻨﺸﺮ ﺃﻳـﺔ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ‬
‫ﺗـﺘـﻌـﻠﻖ ﺑـﻨـﺸﺎﻃـﺎﺕ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟـﻌﻤﻞ ﺃﻭ ﺷـﺮﻛـﺎﺋﻪ‬
‫ﺃﻭ ﻋـﺎﺋﻼﺗﻬﻢ ﺃﻭ ﺷــﺆﻭﻧﻬﻢ ﺍﻟـﺨﺎﺻــﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺎ‬
‫ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻤﺪﺭﺍﺀ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻮﻇﻔﻴﻪ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﻭﻛﻼﺋﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺆﻭﻟﻴﻦ ﻟﺪﻳﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﻳﻪ ﺃﻭ‬
associates or advisors, during the term of this ‫ﻣﺴﺘﺸﺎﺭﻳﻪ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﻳﺔ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺃﻭ‬

16.2.In the event of a breach by the Employee of 2.‫ ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﺧﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻇﻒ ﺑﺄﻱ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻣﺎﺕ‬.16

or after its termination or cancellation, the ‫ ﺃﺗﻌﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺤـﺎﻣـﺎﺓ ﺃﻭ‬،‫ﺟﺮﺍﺀ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ‬
‫ﺸﺘ‬

Employee pledges to indemnify the Employer ‫ﺃﻳﺔ ﺃﺗـﻌﺎﺏ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺼﺮﻭﻓـﺎﺕ ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻠﻬﺎ‬
for all and any loss or damage suffered by
‫ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟـﻌﻤﻞ ﻟﻀﻤﺎﻥ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﻬﺪﺍﺕ‬
the Employer including, but not limited to, any
‫ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻇﻒ ﺑﺄﻥ ﻳﺴﻠﻢ‬،‫ﺍﻟـﺴـﺎﺑﻘﺔ‬
legal or other fees or disbursements incurred
in connection with enforcement of such ‫ﻟﺼﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺃﻳﺔ ﻣﻠﻔﺎﺕ ﺃﻭ ﻭﺛﺎﺋﻖ ﺃﻭ ﺻﻮﺭ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﻓﻮﺍﺋﺪ ﻳﺠﻨﻴﻬـﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻳﺔ ﺃﺷﻴﺎﺀ ﺛﻤﻴﻨﺔ ﻳﺴﺘﻠﻤﻬﺎ‬
