or where the worker was recruited unless ﺃﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ،ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﺑﺮﻡ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ
the worker is interred in the Kingdom with ﻣﺎﻟﻢ ﻳﺪﻓﻦ ﺑﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﺫﻭﻳﻪ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ،ﻣﻨﻬﺎ

10.5. References to any law, regulation, ﺗﻔﺴﺮ ﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻱ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺃﻭ ﻻﺋﺤﺔ ﺃﻭ.5.10

5. Health Care and Treatments: The Company ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﺟﺎﺕ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ.5

ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻤﺎﺛﻞ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺳﺒﻘﻪ ﻣﺎﻟﻢ

implementation of orders and instructions ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ.
15.Confidential Information Protection: 1.The ﻳـﺘﻌﻬـﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻇﻒ.1 : ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺔ ﺳﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ.15
Employee shall treat in confidence and not ﺑﺄﻻ ﻳـﻘﻮﻡ ﺃﻭ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻭ ﻳـﺸـﺎﺭﻙ ﺃﻭ ﻳـﺴـﺎﻋﺪ ﺃﻱ

permit, aid, share or assist any other person,
company, or entity to publish or disseminate
any information or material concerning the
business or the private affairs of the

Employer or Employers proprietors, directors,
shareholders, employees, agents, staff,

ﺗـﺘـﻌـﻠﻖ ﺑـﻨـﺸﺎﻃـﺎﺕ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟـﻌﻤﻞ ﺃﻭ ﺷـﺮﻛـﺎﺋﻪ
ﺃﻭ ﻋـﺎﺋﻼﺗﻬﻢ ﺃﻭ ﺷــﺆﻭﻧﻬﻢ ﺍﻟـﺨﺎﺻــﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺎ
ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻤﺪﺭﺍﺀ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻮﻇﻔﻴﻪ ﺃﻭ
ﻭﻛﻼﺋﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺆﻭﻟﻴﻦ ﻟﺪﻳﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﻳﻪ ﺃﻭ
associates or advisors, during the term of this ﻣﺴﺘﺸﺎﺭﻳﻪ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﻳﺔ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺃﻭ

or after its termination or cancellation, the ﺃﺗﻌﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺤـﺎﻣـﺎﺓ ﺃﻭ،ﺟﺮﺍﺀ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ

legal or other fees or disbursements incurred
