The above details shall be deemed as an integral ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﺟﺰﺀﺍ ﻻ ﻳﺘﺠﺰﺃ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ
part of this contract, and together with its ﻭﺗﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻊ ﻣﻼﺣﻘﻪ ﻭﺣﺪﺓ ﻣﺘﻜﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻭﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ،ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ

8.1. To finish assigned in accordance with the ﺇﻧﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻛﻞ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ؛ ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ﻷﺻﻮﻝ.1.8
principles of the profession and in ﺇﺫﺍ، ﻭﻭﻓﻖ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ،ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﺔ

8.5. To provide all assistance and support ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺪﻡ ﻛﻞ ﻋﻮﻥ ﻭﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﺓ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺸﺘﺮﻁ.5.8
without requiring additional wages in the ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺃﺟﺮﺍ ﺇﺿﺎﻓﻴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﺍﺭﺙ

9.1. The Labor Law and its executive ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻭﻻﺋﺤﺘﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬﻳﺔ .1.9
regulations and the ministerial regulations ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻮﺍﺋﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻮﺯﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﻻﺋﺤﺔ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ
and resolutions and the organization's ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ
work regulation approved by the Ministry ،ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ

the plural form includes the singular, and ﻭﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺟﻨﺲ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ،ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺮﺩ
the reference to one gender means both ﺗﻌﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺴﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻷﺷﺨﺎﺹ
genders, and the reference to persons ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻷﺷﺨﺎﺹ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻻﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭﻳﻴﻦ
includes natural and legal persons unless ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻘﺘﺾ ﺳﻴﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﻨﺺ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺫﻟﻚ

9.5. References to any law, regulation, ﺗﻔﺴﺮ ﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻱ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺃﻭ ﻻﺋﺤﺔ ﺃﻭ .5.9
decision, or instructions shall be ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺸﻤﻞ

transfer to another employer within a period not 90 ﻭﻳﺴﻮﺩ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺤﻜﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ،ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﻤﻴﺎ
