the residence permit (Iqama), work permit ﻭﻣﺎ، ﻭﺗﺠﺪﻳﺪﻫﻤﺎ، ﻭﺭﺧﺼﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ،ﺍﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ
and their renewal fees and the consequent ﻭﺭﺳﻮﻡ،ﻳﺘﺮﺗﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻏﺮﺍﻣﺎﺕ
delay of fines. As well as, professional ﻭﺗﺬﻛﺮﺓ، ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻮﺩﺓ،ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﺔ

or where the worker was recruited unless ﺃﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ،ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﺑﺮﻡ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ
the worker is interred in the Kingdom with ﻣﺎﻟﻢ ﻳﺪﻓﻦ ﺑﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﺫﻭﻳﻪ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ،ﻣﻨﻬﺎ
the approval of worker's family. The first ﺃﻭ ﺗﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ،ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ

8.7. Paying the first party's wages and settle his ﺩﻓﻊ ﺃﺟﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻭﺗﺼﻔﻴﺔ.7.8
entitlements within a maximum period of ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ-ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻛﺜﺮ- ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺃﺳﺒﻮﻉ
one week from the date of the end of the ﺃﻣﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ.ﺍﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪﻳﺔ

9.5. To provide all assistance and support ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺪﻡ ﻛﻞ ﻋﻮﻥ ﻭﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﺓ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺸﺘﺮﻁ.5.9
without requiring additional wages in the ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺃﺟﺮﺍ ﺇﺿﺎﻓﻴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﺍﺭﺙ
event of disasters and threats to the safety ﻭﺍﻷﺧﻄﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻬﺪﺩ ﺳﻼﻣﺔ ﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺃﻭ

9.6. To undergo medical examination according ﻭﻓﻖ ﻟﻄﻠﺐ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ- ﺃﻥ ﻳﺨﻀﻊ- .6.9
to the first party's request prior to or during ﻟﻠﻔﺤﻮﺹ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺮﻏﺐ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺟﺮﺍﺋﻬﺎ
the course of work in order to ascertain ﻟﻠﺘﺤﻘﻖ،ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻹﻟﺤﺎﻕ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻭ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀﻩ

10.2. Both parties agreed that the addresses ﺍﺗﻔﻖ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﻭﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﺤﺔ.2.10

10.3. Both parties acknowledge that they have ﻳﻘﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﻧﻬﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻋﻠﻤﺎ ﻭﻓﻬﻤﺎ ﻛﻞ.3.10

10.4. The singular form includes the plural and ﺻﻴﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺮﺩ ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻊ ﻭﺻﻴﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻊ.4.10
the plural form includes the singular, and ﻭﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺟﻨﺲ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ،ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺮﺩ
the reference to one gender means both ﺗﻌﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺴﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻷﺷﺨﺎﺹ
genders, and the reference to persons ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻷﺷﺨﺎﺹ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻻﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭﻳﻴﻦ
includes natural and legal persons unless ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻘﺘﺾ ﺳﻴﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﻨﺺ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺫﻟﻚ

Without prejudice to the effectiveness of the ﻣﻊ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺍﻻﺧﻼﻝ ﺑﻨﻔﺎﺫ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ؛ ﻭﻟﻐﺮﺽ ﻣﺒﺎﺩﺭﺓ
contract; And for the purpose of the Labor ﺗﺤﺴﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﻨﻘﻞ
Reform Initiative related to the transfer of ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ،ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﺴﻌﻮﺩﻱ
services of a non-Saudi worker, the worker may ﺍﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎﻝ ﻟﺼﺎﺣﺐ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺁﺧﺮ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻣﺪﺓ ﻻ ﺗﻘﻞ ﻋﻦ
transfer to another employer within a period not 120 ﻭﻳﺴﻮﺩ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺤﻜﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ،ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﻤﻴﺎ
less than 120 calendar days, and this provision
