8.5. Paying the first party's wages and settle his ‫ ﺩﻓﻊ ﺃﺟﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻭﺗﺼﻔﻴﺔ‬.5.8

9.1. To finish assigned in accordance with the ‫ ﺇﻧﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻛﻞ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ؛ ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ﻷﺻﻮﻝ‬.1.9
principles of the profession and in ‫ ﺇﺫﺍ‬،‫ ﻭﻭﻓﻖ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ‬،‫ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﺔ‬
accordance with the instructions of the ‫ﻟﻢ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺨﺎﻟﻒ‬
employer, if these instructions do not violate ‫ ﻭﻟﻢ‬،‫ ﺍﻭ ﺍﻵﺩﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ‬،‫ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ‬،‫ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
the contract, order, public morals, or has a ‫ﻳﻜﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬﻫﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﺮﺿﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﺨﻄﺮ‬

9.2. To take adequate care of the tools and ‫ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻬﻤﺎﺕ‬،‫ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺘﻨﻲ ﻋﻨﺎﻳﻪ ﻛﺎﻓﻴﻪ ﺑﺎﻷﺩﻭﺍﺕ‬.2.9
tasks assigned and the first party's ores that ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻨﺪﺓ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻮﻛﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮﻑ‬
at the second party's disposal or in which in ‫ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ‬،‫ﺍﻷﻭﻝ؛ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻋﺔ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺼﺮﻓﻪ‬
his/her custody, and restores the first ‫ ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ‬،‫ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻬﺪﺗﻪ‬
party's materials that did not consumed ‫ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺩ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻬﻠﻜﺔ‬
9.3. Approval of the first party deducting the ‫ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﻄﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ‬.3.9
prescribed percentage from him/her from ‫ﻟﻠﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺮﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺟﺮ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮﻱ‬

9.4. Committing to good behavior at work and at ‫ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺣﺴﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﻭﺍﻷﺧﻼﻕ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ‬.4.9
