Social problems of Pakistan

Following are three main social problems of Pakistan which solutions are classified by
the three major sociology perspective.

1. Illiteracy:

 .Structural functionalist theory: According functionalism illiteracy’ may be

a concerning point among the functionalist scholars. They accept almost 20% of
the world’s grown-up populace is ignorant due to inadequately or insufficient
tutoring. There are a few ways to resolve this issue such as giving books, daily
papers, and magazines, etc., in arrange to spread more information of the
environment around us as well to extend our lexicon. We seem too begin
contributing in more current and progressed strategies of learning and actualize it
in different ranges of Pakistan so as to guarantee that we may capture up with the
rest of the world, etc.

 Conflict Theory: According to this perspective illiteracy is considered a major

concern among the mass open. Struggle scholars don't accept that open schools
decrease social disparity. Where functionalists see instruction as serving
advantageous part, strife scholars see it more contrarily. To them, the education
system may be apply by which those in control, especially the rich one, stay in
control. To resolve this sort of issue, we will halt or limit conducting insights
remainder tests in Pakistan because it considered to be one-sided and tests social
information. Also more govt or private school should be built in various rural
areas of Pakistan with highly qualified teachers to provide education and
overcome the illiteracy rate of Pakistan.

 Symbolic interaction: According to this Perspective illiteracy is seen among

the mass individuals at the boulevards and open places all the time. Typical
interactionist scholars accept that seeing is accepting and regularly contend that
those people who can’t perused nor compose are for the most part considered to be
uneducated. To resolve this issue, there are some ways, such as by encouraging
individuals to volunteer in their claim community or society so as to associated
with others and learn different things. We may put up blurbs and pennants with
 data approximately different subjects for them to hone perusing and learning. We
seem to organize gatherings and classes for those people who look for information,
etc.

2. Poverty:

 Structural functionalist theory: Functionalist thinking focuses more

directly on poverty than generally on the stratification. According to structural-

order and those who are less worthy are at the foot. To resolve this issue more
employment options in a country will be the best to stop poverty. Also government
should reduce taxes and overcome the day by day increasing inflation in the
country.

 Conflict Theory:
Conflict theory attributes stratification and thus poverty to lack of opportunity
from discrimination and prejudice against the poor, women, and people of color.
Conflict theory also argues that stratification isn't working regularly and is
destructive to society since it create competition between the rich and the poor as
people act for their possess advantage. It can be resolve if, a nation is willing to
fund and implement appropriate programs and policies that address the causes of
poverty and that help the poor deal with the immediate and ongoing difficulties
they experience

 Symbolic Interaction: symbolic interactionism tries to get it stratification and

in this way poverty by looking at people’s interaction and understandings in their
everyday lives. Not at all like the functionalist and struggle sees, does it not
attempt to clarify why we have stratification within the to begin with put. Or
maybe, it analyzes the contrasts that stratification makes for people’s ways of life
and their interaction with other individuals. This issue can solve if provide

 Structural functionalist theory: Functionalism sees terrorism–which could

manner, fear based oppression is useful since it joins people together in resistance,
