NOTICE

Submission of Original documents- I B.Tech. A.Y.-2020-21- Reg.

This is hereby notified that all the I B.Tech. students (A.Y. 2020-21), who took provisional admission in NIT
Andhra Pradesh, are mandatorily required to submit the following documents by post (speed post/registered post) before
15th June, 2021.
1. Filled and signed copy of the Registration form (scanned copy of which was submitted during online
reporting to the Institute),
2. Original Transfer certificate (TC),
3. Original Migration Certificate (MC),
4. In case of OBC category, original OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after 1 st April 2020 (which was
uploaded during the online verification).
5. Original income certificate issued on or after 1st April, 2020 should be submitted by the candidates,
who applied for fee remission (which was submitted through Google form for fee remission application).
6. Checklist (see Annexure- A)

Students should send the above-mentioned documents by Speed Post/Registered Post to “The Associate Dean (Adm
& Sch), Admissions Section, National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh, Near National Highway No. 16,
Kadakatla, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India – 534101” superscribing “Admission
into B.Tech. programme–2020, Name________________, Registration no.__________, Section____” on the envelope.
The students must fill the google form given below after posting the documents.

The list of students whose certificates will be received by post will be displayed on the Institute website in the fourth
week of June’ 2021. It is requested not to communicate about the receipt of the certificates with the institute officials till
25th June, 2021.
